The Sports We Teach

Gaelic Football

Gaelic Football is a fast-paced, exciting sport that combines elements of soccer, basketball, and rugby. Players can carry the ball, kick it, and pass it with their hands or feet. It's perfect for developing coordination, teamwork, and strategic thinking.

  • Hand-passing and kicking skills
  • Team coordination and strategy
  • Physical fitness and agility
  • Fair play and sportsmanship

Hurling

Hurling is one of the fastest field sports in the world! Players use a hurley (stick) to strike a sliotar (ball) and score goals. It's an incredible sport for developing hand-eye coordination, speed, and precision.

  • Hurley and sliotar handling
  • Striking and catching techniques
  • Speed and agility training
  • Team tactics and positioning

Our Training Approach

Age-Appropriate Development

We structure our training sessions to match the developmental stages of our young athletes:

  • Ages 4-6: Basic movement skills, fun games, and introduction to equipment
  • Ages 7-10: Fundamental skills, simple rules, and team cooperation
  • Ages 11-14: Advanced techniques, strategy, and competitive play

Our Core Principles

Fun First

We believe learning happens best when kids are having fun and enjoying themselves.

Inclusive Environment

All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome. We focus on personal improvement and team spirit.

Cultural Appreciation

We teach not just the sports, but the rich Irish culture and history behind them.

Character Building

Sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork are just as important as athletic skills.
